One of my 2011 resolution is to act on my ideas that would be fun. My first one would be to have a blog (CHECK!). And my second one will be to write a book called Al-isms. In an effort to collect all of his thoughts I am starting a blog to jot them down as they come.
I would like to honor Al with his own page for others to share what he has shared with them. His “words of wisdom”.
Who is Al?
Al is big german teddybear from Hameln. He is quite popular and memorable. Some say his accent. Some of his best qualities are his good nature, quiet, hard worker, generosity to the ones in need, giving, inovative, and his perseverance. I almost forgot his knack for calming the most excited faculty-challenged individual. He may have been 6’2, but he is a gentle giant. He is a man with an enormous heart, and when he speaks everyone listens. Then… there are times he speaks and his words challenge you to think. Seriously, they are a cross between Confuscious and a German George Burns. And if you ever knew Al and he made you smile again with his talent he calls ”speaking through a flower” (Alism), then you know what I mean. We welcome you to tell your (clean) fun story.
We love you very much Al, and may God bless you with many more years.

Recently, we (my husband, the boys and I) had a good dinner with friends and Al and Trouty. The kids were running around and the very little one was running right in the middle of our little circle of tea that we formed after we engourged. With hopes tht the tea would bring us some better benefits.
Al says ” Hey, the little guy has his pants at Half past 8″. What the heck is that? Apparently, his pants were open or falling. There is no asking why anymore. We just fix him right up.
Hope you enjoyed this bit of Al little corner.
